At Last, Dora Akunyili Bows To Cancer

SAN FRANCISCO, June 07, (THEWILL) â€' After surviving several rumours of her death, Dr. Dora Akunyili, a former Director General of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration Control (NAFDAC) and ex federal minister, died Saturday inside an Indian hospital where she was receiving treatment for an undisclosed form of cancer, according to family sources.

She was 59 years old.
