Boko Haram Pounds Maiduguri Again With Multiple Explosions

Bomb explosion believed to have been planted by suspected Boko Haram

terrorists have killed many residents in Maiduguri, Borno state Capital,

Spokesman of the Military in Borno State Colonel Muhammad Dole confirmed

the incident on phone today.
” The explosives is believed to have been planted by suspected Boko

Haram terrorists but as we speak, troops have already condon off the

area and we are trying to fish out the perpetrators.

” For now I can not give the casualty figure, but in this kind of

incidents ; there is the likelihood of casualty but we will issue a

statement as soon as we get details” Dole said on phone today.

Gana Musa 43 a local trader who was close to the scene of the incident

said” many people most have died as a result of the explosion”

” There was multiple explosion around the Ajilari area of Maiduguri the

Borno State capital, I was very lucky to have escaped death but many

people must have lost their lives because the area was crowded” Musa said
