CEO, Seahorse Group Celebrates With Anambra Brothers At The Launch Of Specialist Hospital
In a remarkable display of unity and progress, the Anambra Brothers Club launched an ultra-modern specialist hospital last Saturday at 3-3 GRA, Onitsha. The event brought together the crème de la crème of Anambra's society; brothers, friends, and well-wishers, all gathered for a singular purpose: community development and healthcare advancement.
The newly established hospital stands as a legacy project of the Anambra Brothers Club, an association formed by like-minded individuals committed to promoting a better lifestyle and uplifting the well-being of their fellow citizens. Recognizing the crucial need for accessible and quality healthcare, the Brothers Club envisioned a facility that would attract top-tier specialists, nurses, and medical professionals to Anambra State.

The hospital’s official opening was marked by a ceremonial ribbon-cutting performed by the Governor of Anambra State, represented by his Senior Special Assistant on Political Matters, Dr. Alex Obiogbolu, who is also a seasoned medical doctor. This government endorsement signifies the state's commitment to public-private partnerships in enhancing the living standards of its people.
On the sidelines of the event, Chief Ebuka Onunkwo, CEO of Seahorse Lubricants and a frontliner for the Anambra South senatorial seat under the aegis of APGA shared inspiring insights. Chief Onunkwo, a grand patron of the Anambra Brothers Club, emphasized that the hospital project is a practical example of "Aku Luo N'ulo", a popular Igbo philosophy encouraging successful individuals to invest in their hometowns.
His words: “This project will help employ and engage youths in the community, save lives, and ensure thorough healthcare delivery. When a young person is gainfully employed, he won’t engage in social vices. Instead, his mind will be functional, producing positive energy.
'Investing in community health infrastructure not only saves lives but also curbs youth unemployment and reduces social vices,' he said.
Chief Onunkwo further expressed confidence that initiatives like these will position Anambra as a leading developing state in Nigeria.
