Veteran Fuji singer, Alhaji Kollington Ayinla, is not a new name in the Nigerian music industry as he is part of those who held the Nigerian music industry spell bound in the late 90s, with the likes of King Sunny Ade, Ebenezer Obey and others.

The singer, who is taking things easy as they come without stressing himself, says one of his regrets in life is not having the opportunity to be educated.

Ensuring that all his children are well educated before taking to music and other ventures, he stated that maybe in another life, he will be privileged to get a good education.

“I have no regret being a musician but I regret that I didn't have university education. My children are all educated and some have even ventured into music; but into hip-hop. I may be privileged in another lifetime,” he told Vanguard.

He warned that up and coming artistes should be careful with women as they take on the profession which is becoming very lucrative. “Many young artistes should understand that being focused and dedicated are the only key to success. They should also be careful with women.”
