WAEC opens complaints centre for Nigerian candidates

Candidates of West African Examinations Council, WAEC, having academic difficulties can now breath a sigh of relief as WAEC Nigeria has commissioned a Customer Service Centre donated by Media Concepts International Limited to attend to students complaints. Speaking at the commissioning of the CSC Thursday at WAEC National Office Yaba, Lagos, the Head of Nigeria Office, Mr Charles Eguridu said: ' CSC was built to provide a quick response to students and candidates of WAEC in Nigeria having one form of challenge or the other.' According to him, the customer service will add values to the Nigerian Students education, promising that such gesture will also be established in all the WAEC zones in Nigeria. He said that the centre which was computerized, will foster interaction between students and WAEC across the country. The donor, Managing Director, Media Concept International Limited, Mr Agbeyo Tope said that the Customer Service Centre will help students interact with WAEC promptly irrespective of their geographical location. He said: 'Our objective for constructing and furnishing this centre is to help the Council achieve its overall customer relationship management strategy which is in synch with WAEC's strategic plan. The WAEC's Customer Service Centre is part of our corporate social responsibility geared towards promoting positive social and infrastructural change among our esteemed clientele.' Vanguard
