The Edo North senatorial hopeful Barr. Francis Alimikhena has debunked the rumor from some aspirant in the race with him who is not comfortable with the massive support given to him by various party executive and political gladiators in the state. As a homeboy and a grassroot politician I earned the respect and support of my people he said. It is a natural thing for people to buy a good product. I am the best available product in our senatorial market today.I don't sponsor people to endorse me. Once you are good you are good.

The epic battle to the Edo North senatorial district took a new twist last week when an Afemai group known as save Afemai vows to stop the re-election bid of Senator Domingo Obende Meanwhile Barr. Francis Alimikhena has said he is the best man for the job. The former military officer said “I will continue in my quest as a community builder and I will remain accessible to my people. You cannot extend help to the people that don't have access to you. I know the pain of my people. Legislating is my business. I will advance the peace, progress and prosperity of our people. My focus is strategic wealth creation project that will change the economy status of Edo North and create more job opportunities for our youth. Deliberate effort will be made to generate employment and productive livelihood for the teeming youth population which will help to reduce undue conflict among our community. I will encourage vocational education and provide technical support to our schools to enhance the human capacity building of our children. Craft making and learning of handiwork can be re-introduced in our schools to make our children acquire dual education and be useful citizen in our society. Edo North will set the stage for others to follow when I assume office as your senator in 2015.

While thanking members of the All Progressive Congress for their overwhelming support and co-operation he noted that one remarkable trend that characterized his consultations so far has been the level of acceptability's of his campaign train. Voluntary contribution from men and women, unsolicited, timely, and coordinated. We are all part of the unfolding history; people only invest in a sell able candidate. I am the candidate to beat. Various individuals, communities, groups, and families have voluntarily come to contribute to the project rather than coming to ask. People don't invest in a project that will

fail. I am one project that cannot fail. It is the mandate of God that Alimikehena becomes the next senator he added.
