“I Couldn’t Find A woman To Suffer With Me”…….Nollywood Actor, Charles Awurum

Nollywood comic actor, Charles Awurum, has explained that roles of an actor in movies are sometimes determined by the viewer which influences the producers to consider an actor for a particular role.

Charles disclosed that it was seeing his colleagues play comedy roles that made him develop the passion for comedy, and as such, does not believe in playing a particular role.

'At first, producers did not believe I could play comedy very well because of my hard face. They say, I have a hard face, but today, they do not want to give me any other role apart from comedy.'

The actor added that he never envisage that he was going to be a comedian and as such, will soon hop out of comedy just the way he came in some years back, because people don't take comedians serious when we are talking outside the make-believe world and as such, it becomes a problem.
