Trabzonspor Hold Firm on €30 Million Valuation for Paul Onuachu

Trabzonspor are reportedly determined to keep hold of Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu unless any interested club is prepared to meet their €30 million asking price during the current transfer window.

The Turkish side is said to have received interest from several clubs, including domestic rivals Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş, as well as Saudi Pro League outfit Al-Ahli.

Despite the growing attention surrounding the Super Eagles forward, Trabzonspor are unwilling to lower their valuation.

Reports suggest that offers ranging between €20 million and €25 million have already been submitted but were turned down, with the club insisting they will only negotiate if their full asking price is met.

Onuachu joined Trabzonspor from English club Southampton before the start of the 2025/26 season and quickly established himself as one of the team's most important attacking players.

His aerial dominance, physical strength, and clinical finishing made him a key figure in the club's forward line throughout the campaign.

The 32-year-old's impressive performances have reignited interest in his services, with clubs looking to strengthen their attacking options ahead of the new season.

His experience at both club and international level has made him an attractive target for teams seeking a proven goalscorer.

Trabzonspor, however, appear determined to avoid losing one of their standout performers unless they receive an offer that reflects his value and importance to the squad.

As the transfer window progresses, speculation surrounding Onuachu's future is expected to continue. Whether one of his admirers is willing to match Trabzonspor's €30 million valuation remains to be seen, but for now, the Turkish club is standing firm in its efforts to retain the Nigerian international.
