Handball Premier League: Tojemarine Academy, Adorable Angels Earn Vital Wins 

Tojemarine Academy cemented their place in the Prudent Energy Handball Premier League 2021 with a vital win on Day 6 of the league.

The Lagos based club got another vital win in the Men Category as they defeated Kada Stars 28-23 at Indoor Sports Hall, Package B of the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.

Other results saw Niger United defeat De Defenders 28-23 to continue on their lead on the log of the Men Category while Kano Pillars comfortably defeated Police Machine 35-22.

In the women category, Plateau Peacocks edged past Kada Queens 26-22 but remain below the Kaduna based team on the league table on 8th position while Edo Dynamos had to really dig deep to defeat Defender Babes 32-31.

Safety Babes earned a 32-26 win over Confluence Queens while defending champion Adorable Angels defeated experienced Imo Grasshoppers side with a 38-31 victory.
