The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officials arrived at 013 Emi Sonfada Shaba, Bariki word in bida local government, as early as 7:30 and the accreditation commenced as time Scheduled.

The accreditation which last for about 6 hours and that is due to the earlier failure of card reader machine in the polling unit but the problem was later resolved and the accredition was moving at ease.

The accreditation ended at about 1pm, and the voting proper started by 1:30pm, and also ended at around 7pm.

The total accredited voters at Emi Sonfada Shaba polling unit was Three Hundred and fifteen(315), while the total recorded of the eligible voters is Seven Hundred and twenty(720).

The counting of the ballot papers begun after the arrangement of the papers accordingly.

In the presidential box, APC recorded, Two Hundred and eighty three votes(283), while PDP recorded Twenty (20) votes and 4 ballot papers count invalid.

In the same vein, for Zone A. Senatorial box, Musatapha Abubakar of APC recorded Two Hundred and forty six(246) votes, while Zainab Kure of PDP recorded fifty one (51) votes and three invalid.

The box of House of Assembly representing Bida, Gbako and katcha Consituency scored as follow, Bala faruq of APC scored the total votes of Two Hundred and thirty two(232) and Mohammed Sharu of PDP scored the total votes of Thirty nine (39), nine (9) invalid record respectively.

From the result release and counts in the presence of everybody at Emi Sonfada Shaba Polling Unit appeal to everyone that APC emerge victory.
