ZAMBIA MUST FALL TODAY - YOBO

http://www.nigerianbestforum.com/blog/?attachment_id=122592 Super Eagles Captain Joseph Yobo has said Zambia must fall in today's Orange Africa Cup of Nations group C match. The clash against the Chipolopolo of Zambia is crucial and a must win encounter. It would also take Nigeria to the top of the group should she win.

He said the players have resolved to give their all in today's match, as they cannot afford to lose or even draw the match.

Yobo spoke to reporters at the team's camp at the Ingwenyama Conference and Sports Resort in Nelspruit. He said it is going to be a tough match for both sides since each of the two countries are striving to take leadership of the group with a win.

The Fernabace of Turkey defender said the team was disappointed by the 1-1 against Burkina Faso, and that he is fully fit from the ankle injury and ready to face the Zambians.

He said the players and coaching crew have put the disappointment of the first match behind them and are now focused on winning today's match. 'We cannot afford to lose the game (against Zambia), we have to give our all to win. The Zambia game is very important because if we win, it will be as if we are on top of the world, and probably be at the top of the group.

'We respect Zambia as defending champions, but we will not sit and watch them. It is going to be tough because both countries need this match, if we were to play them in the last match, it would have made a lot of difference', he said.
