LASUTH Officials Brutalise Journalist

LAGOS, August 09, (THEWILL) - Officials of Neighbourhood Watch, a Lagos State security outfit, and TOS Funeral Services, operators of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) mortuary, on Thursday battered Benedict Nwalaka, a photo journalist with Leadership Newspaper.

Nwalaka’s offence was his attempt to cover the release of corpses of the Dana airliner crash victims at the Ikeja General Hospital Mortuary.

He was beaten so mercilessly that his face was drenched in blood, as proven by the following photos:
