James Ibori Handed Thirteen years Jail Term

Huhuonline.com can disclose that James Onanefe Ibori, former governor of Delta State was on Tuesday handed a thirteen years jail term by a Southwark District Court, London. The former governor, whom the judge described as "common thief", in february, pleaded guilty to charges of
