Every Life on earth has written or unwritten Law and Order traditions and customs we now call laws to govern its way of life.

Side by side these Man-Made Laws and Order-based laws which are products of the culture and values of a given people on earth, we have the Divine, Cosmic, Natural and Spirit Laws or Principles that govern the Spirit Part of Life.

That is why all over the world today, Societies that are the Top of their Game such as the Chinese, the Japanese, the French, the British and others insist on devising for themselves their own positive Law and Order to regulate, protect, defend, and promote their value systems and ways of life and being.

So all today's laws made in various parliaments are deeply rooted, enriched, solidified and protected by their Ancient Law and Order they so much treasure, love, respect and uphold.

That is why, to the conscious French, French Law and Order are as important and valid as French laws. British Law and Order for all the British, Chinese Law and Order for the Chinese or Japanese Law and Order for the Japanese, etc. are still a living monument of their collective wisdom and intelligence.

But in our today's Foreignized, Westernized, Arabanized, Jewinized, Christianized and Islamized Continental/Diaspora AfrikaWorld , there is a growing tendency on the part of pro-Foreign laws and Anti-AfrikaLaw and Order Africans to under-rate, dismiss, reject and spit on their Continental AfrikaLaw and Order in negative terms like “obsolete” “Stone Age”, “backward”, “inferior” or irrelevant to their present Western laws they call “modern”.

They think this way because they do not know that Continental AfrikaLaw and Order they are kept ignorant of, still consciously or unconsciously govern the seventy percent of our Continental Afrika Traditional World no matter what and whether they will admit it or not.

As far as they are concerned, laws, and not AfrikaLaw and Order they import from Paris, London or Washington are the legal weapon today's Continental Afrika needs in setting herself free from what they call “ the tyranny of archaic, outmoded and irrelevant Continental AfrikaLaw and Order .

And yet , they forget that AfrikaLaw and Order of any given conscious people are the basis or foundation upon which their laws are made , accepted and observed by all and for the benefit of all .

Simply because, without Ancient Continental AfrikaLaw and Order as the world's First Law and Order at the cradle of Humanity in Continental Afrika, there will not be laws and order anywhere in the world today.

To these anti-AfrikaLaw and Order Africans, law is only law if it is enacted the British, French or White American ways.

Just as they dismiss Continental AfrikaLaw and Order as irrelevant, in the same way, they cannot conceive in their colonial, slave or neo-colonial minds that there is something called Continental Afrikan Laws made by Continental Afrikans about Continental Afrikans and for the benefit of all Continental Afrikans in a Continental AfrikaParliament or Assembly .

This means, Continental AfrikaLaw and Order should not be confused with the present Western-based , Western-controlled and sustained laws that exist to keep today's Afrikans totally ignorant of the Knowledge, Power, and Benefits of their Continental AfrikaLaws via their Continental AfrikaCustoms and Traditions.

In the same vein, by Continental AfrikaLaw and Order we do not mean everything in them are perfect and need no change, nor further improvement and fortification.

Far from it, like every Human Creation, our Continental AfrikaLaw and Order contain positive aspects we need to uphold and strengthen and negative aspects that we need to discard, change or modify using our own Continental AfrikaCulture and Values as the Yard-stick and Point of Reference in determining what is Afrikacentric Continental Afrikan i.e. good and what is not Continental Afrikan, that is, bad to us as Continental Afrikans.

All the positive elements in our Continental AfrikaCulture, Values, AfrikaLaw and Order are positive to us because we say and want them so and because they strengthen, empower, liberate and develop us as Continental Afrikans.

All the negative elements in our Continental AfrikaCulture, Values, Law and Order are negative to us because they enslave, retard, prevent or weaken our Right, Power and Determination to be free United Continental Afrikans in Thoughts, Words and Deeds.

So, by Continental AfrikaLaw and Order , we mean all the positive, unique, original, authentic, pre-slavery and pre-colonial Afrikacentric Continental AfrikaLaw and Order with which our Ancient and Traditional Continental Afrikans rule and govern themselves for more than Three Million Years in Ancient Term and Ten Thousand Years in Ancient/Traditional Continental AfrikaWorld.

Continental AfrikaLaw and Order are therefore Afrika-made, Afrika-centered and Afrika-oriented Continental Afrikan political, economic and social Sacred Laws or Unwritten Constitution used by our Ancestors to ensure and guarantee for themselves total Law and Order, Peace and Tranquility that make committing crime or evil deeds difficult if not impossible to plan let alone execute without being detected and caught .

The ORIGIN of Continental AfrikaLaw and Order dates back to the origin of the world in Continental Afrika.

This makes them as old as Continental Afrika and the world as the Mother of today's customs, traditions or laws in the world.

Continental AfrikaLaw and Order are therefore the world's First developed and modern Man-made Laws that guarantee the continuity of the world.

The NATURE of Continental AfrikaLaw and Order can be termed as Ancient in origin, Continental Afrikan in scope, Afrikacentric in content, Traditional Continental Afrikan in dimension, and unique, original and authentic in perspective.

This means, the Foreign laws, AfrikaLaw and Order with which some of us are fastly replacing our own Continental AfrikaLaws or AfrikaLaw and Order are themselves versions of Ancient Continental AfrikaLegal System, Concept, Perspective and Practice which once the Universal Laws for the entire Ancient World to benefit from .
