BEIJING, China, December 1, 2011/African Press Organization (APO)/ -- On November 25, 2011, Liu Guijin, special envoy of the Chinese government on African affairs, met with a delegation headed by Joseph Lual Acuil, special envoy of South Sudan's president and South Sudan's minister of humanitarian affairs and disaster management.
