Boko Haram's Bomb explodes near Mornach's Palace

 
Several soldiers guarding the palace of the Shehu of Borno have been injured in an explosion behind the edifice in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital (North-East Nigeria).

The explosion was allegedly carried out by the Boko Haram, the Islamist sect.

Reports said the explosion occurred at 5pm today around Budum Roundabout.

The exact figure of dead or wounded could not be immediately ascertained.
