ILLICIT SEX KILLS, RUN FROM IT, ANIEBO TELLS NIGERIANS

Overseer of Elijah Faith Assembly, Prophet Chinonso Favour Aniebo, has identified sexual sin as the worst spiritual stronghold any man could have.

According to Aniebo, sexual foundation is more powerful and stronger than that of ancestral foundation, which is why the Bible enjoins everyone to flee fornication and sexual perversion.

He made the assertion during the church's Rhema Oil programme tagged: My Faulty Foundation Must Change, held at the auditorium, Off Osolo Way, Lagos.

His words: 'Any sex one has when one is not married either with a woman, man or beast, is sin. Sex is soul tie. The Bible says if two people would come together, the two would become one. When anybody has sex, it becomes a covenant and it is a foundation. Any curse that is working against anyone you have sex with will also work against you. When the person is suffering, you will be suffering it too.

'There is a man who says, every night he sees about five women coming to have sex with him in a dream. When I asked him about his sex life, he said he has had relationship with five possessed girls in the past. Sexual foundation is more powerful and stronger than that of ancestral foundation. That is why the Bible says flee fornication.'

Aniebo further stated that the Devil understands the meaning of sex that is why he has made it so cheap. 'It is as cheap as anything that women can offer themselves free of charge. It is in our generation that women ask men for hand in marriage,' he stated.

Aniebo maintained that the covenant of sexual sin is too strong that is why everybody must run away from it. 'Once a married woman or man goes to sleep with someone else, that is having extra affair, it becomes a curse. It works against the finance and progress of the family. They have laid a foundation and when the children grow, the foundation would work against the children,' he added.

Aniebo insisted that, 'if you did not deal with your foundation today, no matter who you are or how successful you are now, your foundation would deal with you in future. And if it did not deal with you now, it would wait for your unborn generation. It is something that is a must and that it would come. It is only when you are in Christ that old things are passed away and you become free from it.'

On the use of anointing oil and sand, the Prophet said that, 'oil is oil, whether red oil, groundnut or crude oil. Don't let someone deceive you with oil telling you that he get it from Jerusalem and so you must pay through your nose. It is a lie. What makes the difference is the anointing when the man of God bless the oil and consecrate it.'

He said he stopped visiting people's homes for deliverance because of what some men of God are doing. 'The reason is that some men of God would go to a family in the name of prayer but bury things in the compound. How can someone come and tell you that something is buried in your house and when he comes to pray, he brings out something very fresh. For that, I stopped going for family liberation. But you discover that people are in bondage of ancestral curses. There are evil men that actually bury things in people's houses and compound. So, the use of sand in the programme symbolically represents every home spiritually. We get the sand pray on it and send it back home and it becomes a point of contact for the liberation of that family.'

On miracle, Aniebo said the body of Christ needs miracle. According to him, any church that does not experience miracle, healing and deliverance as the Bible said happened in the church, is dead and people should not go there. He explained that God cannot be a healer if there is no sick for him to heal. So miracle is necessary, deliverance is necessary, holiness, prosperity, among others.

Aniebo, who claimed he was called to tell the world the truth said, he had limited time to do the work. 'I have a limited time on earth and I don't know if God would permit me to get married because as soon as I am done, he may call me home any moment from now but the little opportunity I have I want to tell the world the truth that everyone must be restored back to God. There must be miracle, there must be truth, sign and wonders, healing etc.'

He said it was wrong for people to go and pay money to answer Bishop because Judas that betrayed Jesus was a Bishop. 'People sent letters to me to receive titles like Phd. and rest of it from US, I told them that I am not part of that confusion. Any pastor that takes a title of Reverend doctor is not restored no matter how anointed that man is. Almost every pastor in this country answers general overseer. I don't answer general overseer because it is contrary to the Bible. The Bible says that the Holy Ghost is the General Overseer. In Acts 20: 28, it is not me but the Holy Spirit is the one that protects His church. God told us that He made us overseers. I can only stop where God stops.

The five-day event featured testimonies, healing and deliverances. God set many free from foundational problem, which their forefathers laid for them or the ones the present generation laid for them or even the ones they laid by themselves through sexual sin.

The Prophet said it was done as the Lord instructed as the church, does not organize programmes unless the Lord said so adding that God tells them what would happen to Nigeria every week so, they pray for the country every time.

'Nigeria needs liberation. The liberation the country really needs now will start from the leaders. Nigeria is not the buildings but the human beings who are represented by their leaders. If Nigerians would believe in the programme, then it would work for them. Remember that when God anointed a man, He gives him a specific mandate and grace and it is only those who believe that would receive blessings.

'I believe God is on the move and He is going to work on this country to expose evil people and to remove people that are causing the children of God to die in pain and agony. I am sure that God is in Nigeria and He is interested in this country. The Bible says when a righteous man is on the throne, the people rejoice.'
