NMA BEGINS CONFAB IN IBADAN THURSDAY

THE Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) will on Thursday begin its 51st yearly general conference/delegates' meeting in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.

The theme of the conference is 'Primary healthcare financing: A key to achieving Millennium Development Goals (MDGs)', while the sub-themes are 'Public-private partnership initiative; Immunisation in Nigeria: How have we fared, as well as healthcare, good governance and politics in Nigeria'.

The three-day event is supported by Dettol, which producers, Reckitt Benckiser Nigeria Limited, partners the NMA in the publication of Medinews, the official newsletter of the association.
