Nigerian Stocks Maintain Profit

BEVERLY HILLS, April 25, (THEWILL) – The equities market of the Nigeria Stock Exchange (NSE) extended its gaining streak on Tuesday as the market capitalization grew by N26 billion, which is 0.29 per cent, to close at N8.934 trillion.

The NSE All-Share Index (ASI) rose 0.28 per cent as it gained 71.82 basis points to close the session at 25,818.87 index points.

THEWILL recalls that the market has been on a profit in the last two days rising sharply from figures at the beginning of the month as it added N193 billion on Monday,
