Edo Assembly removes Speaker, Deputy

The Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Mr. Victor Edoror, and his Deputy have been removed by lawmakers in the state, who accused them of misconduct.

Mrs. Elizabeth Ative has been elected as the Speaker following Edoror's removal.
