Former President Jonathan, Buhari Hold Private Meeting

BEVERLY HILLS, November 02, (THEWILL) – Former President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, who just returned to Nigeria from Tanzania, after an electoral monitoring assignment to that country at the behest of the Commonwealth of Nations, met Monday afternoon with President Muhammadu Buhari behind closed doors at the presidential villa in Abuja.

The meeting was brief (about 13mins) and both men declined to speak with state house correspondents.

Dr. Jonathan arrived in a black Range Rover Sports vehicle and was seen off to the car by President Buhari at the end of their meeting.

This is his second visit to the villa since he left office on May 29, 2015.
