RIWAMA Sole Administrator, Obuah Commissions Staff Canteen - Charges Staff On Maintenance Of Facility

The Sole Administrator of Rivers State Waste Management Agency, Bro Felix Obuah has ended the long quest by the staff for a standard and appetizing cuisine with the commissioning of a befitting Staff Canteen.

Commissioning the facility recently at the premises of the Agency in Port Harcourt, the Sole Administrator said, to enhance efficiency and high productivity, staff and management of the Agency need to have better working environment, mutual management-staff relationship and quality place to cool off and re-energize for the task of the day.

Obuah expressed disappointment over the absence of a standard canteen for the teeming work force of the Agency over the years, assuring members of staff of improved service condition during his administration.

While urging them to take advantage of the befitting eatery provided by the current administration, he charged both the staff and those managing the canteen to ensure it is kept neat and accessible to all potential customers.

He further warned against misuse and destruction of any of the equipment and utensils in the canteen, saying “all users of this facility must use it neatly and ensure they are well maintained.”

Foods available at the Canteen include local and intercontinental dishes and confectionaries.
