Buhari Seeks Senate Approval To Appoint 15 Special Advisers

BEVERLY HILLS, June 02, (THEWILL) – President Muhammadu Buhari has written to the Senate to seek approval to appoint 15 Special Advisers as he gradually settles into office.

The President's letter was read at the Senate's Tuesday plenary.

Buhari was inaugurated last Friday and is yet to constitute his cabinet.

His spokesman, Shehu Garba, Monday said the President would forward his ministerial nominees to the 8th National Assembly when it is constituted this Friday.
