Buhari Says Attended Government College, Lists Yar'Adua, Justice Abdullahi As Classmates

BEVERLY HILLS, January 21, (THEWILL) – Former military Head of State and Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), General Muhammadu Buhari, Wednesday addressed a press conference in Kano, where he described the controversies surrounding his academic qualifications as unnecessary.

Buhari said he attended Government College in Katsina and listed late General Umaru Yar'Adua and retired Justice of the Court of Appeal, Justice Umar Abdullahi as his classmates.

He said the institution will publish his academic records in national newspapers soon.
