False News – Annie Macaulay Dismisses Reunion Rumours With 2Baba

Nollywood Actress Annie Idibia has dismissed reports that she has reunited with her estranged husband, legendary singer Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba.

In a post on her Instagram Story on Monday, she addressed the viral clips, describing them as old and misleading.

The speculation began on Friday, July 17, after a throwback video of the former couple sharing an intimate moment at a nightclub resurfaced online, sparking claims that they had reconciled. However, Annie's response appears to put the rumours to rest.

Recall that 2Baba was formerly married to Annie before their shocking split in January 2025. He later married Natasha on July 25, 2025, in a low-key ceremony attended by close family members. The couple also welcomed their first child together last year.

Annie wrote: "Old videos circulating everywhere, false news everywhere."
