Skitmaker Officer Woos Denies Drug Trafficking Allegations, Threatens Legal Action
Nigerian skitmaker and content creator Jubril Oladapo Gbadamosi, popularly known as Officer Woos, has denied allegations that he was arrested by NAFDAC for importing cocaine-laced bread and brownies from Mexico.
The claims, which surfaced on social media platform X via a user identified as @PROBLEMCHImky, and was shared on Instagram by a blog, goldmyneafrica, alleged that the content creator had stopped making skits since 2025 to venture into a bread business that sold loaves for as much as $500.
Reacting to the now-viral claims, Officer Woos in an official statement on his Instagram page, dismissed the allegations as entirely false and fabricated. He revealed that he had engaged the services of Vested Attorneys to handle the matter legally. His lawyers described the claims as a coordinated campaign of defamation aimed at damaging his hard-earned reputation, and demanded an immediate retraction and public apology from all platforms responsible for spreading the false information.
The legal team further warned that failure to comply within 48 hours would result in civil proceedings for damages and a formal petition to law enforcement agencies under Nigeria's Cybercrimes Act.
Captioning the post, Officer Woos urged the public to disregard the false publications and rely only on verified information from his official channels.
