How David Oyelowo Plans To Keep His Kids Humble

David Oyelowo stars in Walt Disney's “Queen of Katwe” alongside Lupita Nyong'o, but he insists, “I stay far away from the Hollywood lifeclass. It is one of the ways that I keep my kids humble. Hollywood can be filled with opulence, but that is one of the great things about making films based on places and people that are born at a disadvantage. It reminds you of what is really important in life.”

He further told Page Six, “I have four kids and two dogs, so picking up turds and changing diapers keeps you very humble.”
