Raffia City Carnival: Check Out The 10 Different Band Groups

Few weeks ago the people of Ikot Ekpene the Raffia City were surprised to see flex banners, Stickers placed in strategic locations within the town with the Caption 'RCG presents Raffia City Carnival and Exhibition'.

It's no more a mere story as the team are in Top gear to proof to the People of Ikot Ekpene that they are ready to make it happen by involving media practitioners, online Publisher and Social media Influencers to be part of this mouth Watering Project.

As part of their preparedness; the team is out with the different band groups which are meant to showcase the rich cultural heritage of our Ikot Ekpene the Raffia City. According to the organisers, each band has a specified costume to take Ikot Ekpene the Raffia City into the world of Tourism, Economic Development as well as promoting her Raffia products.

The ten (10) groups are as follows: Chief Godswill Akpabio Band Her Excellency Martha Udom Emmanuel Band Sir Emem Akpabio Band Engr Etido Inyang Band Semek Groups of Company Band Engr Ufot Ebong Band Sir Monday Uko Band Maccaire Resort Band Barr.
