The State Commissioner for Environment, Felix Odimegwu said Prof Soludo Deputy Chief of Staff, Chief Chinedu Nwoye has used his position not for self-gain, but to bring progress to his people, from infrastructure projects to youth empowerment schemes, his leadership reflects a man deeply in love with his community.

"His hands are always extended; lifting the needy, supporting dreams, and turning lives around with quiet grace," he stated.

He further described him as humble person would be an understatement.

"His strength lies not in loud declarations, but in silent actions that speak volumes. Every encounter with him leaves one inspired. His birthday celebration wasn't just about cake and music; it is a heartfelt thanksgiving for a man whose life is touching others in powerful ways.
