Opobians in Diaspora Support Hon Dakuku Peterside

By Nwaorgu Faustinus

In an effort to bring to fruition the political aspiration of Hon. Dakuku Peterside to represent Andoni, Opobo/Nkoro Federal Constituency, in the House of Representative, a political pressure group under the aegis of “Opobians in Diaspora” has drummed support for Hon. Dakuku Peterside.

The group intention to support the aspirant was contained in a letter sent to Senibo Chris Finebone, Spokesman & Chairman Publicity Sub Committee for Hon Dakuku Campaign Organization, quote the group as saying:

“We the Executives and Members of Opobians in Diaspora write to inform you in your capacity as Spokesman & Chairman, Publicity Sub-Committee of Hon Dakuku Campaign Organization; of the formation of this group in support of the election of our brother Hon. Dakuku Peterside to represent Andoni, Opobo/Nkoro Federal Constituency, in the House of Representative.

“We pledge our total support for Hon Peterside in recognition of all he has done to develop Opobo Kingdom. His efforts at empowering our youths, women and men, is unequalled and his contributions at developing the Local Government and Rivers State.

In view of this, Opobians in Diaspora have come together as one group to show our support for him. We have begun extensive publicity using several social networks to mobilize our people for this cause. In the coming days this group will go all out to sensitive our people and voters of the constituency back home through various available media.

Hon Dakuku Peterside is a worthy son of Ibani Kingdom who the cap fits perfectly well to represent our people in the House of Rep. This is the message the Forum - Opobians in Diaspora is determined to sell to the whole world and to do everything we can to see to his election”.

The letter was signed by the following on behalf of Opobians in Diaspora; Shedrack Fubara - Founder/Chief Coordinator – Canada, Pat Peterside - Coordinator – USA, Joseph Uranta - Coordinator – USA, Darlington Finebone - Coordinator – USA, Sobere O. Opusunju - Coordinator – USA, Faith Toby - Coordinator – Ukraine, Christian Pepple- Coordinator – UK and Somiari BellGam - Coordinator – UK .

This man is called Dakuku Peterside is so desperate. There is no perfect man on earth. How comes everyone is supporting him? Because he and his boys are the ones posting these opinions. He has succeeded to play the BOTs in Opobo/nkoro LGA even using the Governor of the state to tell the elder who first indicated interest to step down. I know at the appointed time, a higher power (God) would disgrace him out of office. How come he is the only person close to the Governor from that axis if not for his inordinate st*p*d ambition? Riverains this is to inform you that his next ambition is to become Governor of Rivers State in four years time. According to him, he is going to House of Reps to clear the ground. Let this God whom he claims to serve disgrace him out of office in Jesus name AAAAAAAAAmen.

Hon Dakuku, has done a lot of evil and uses the government monies to share to a certain click he calls his boys. If not, why is it that the only people he enriches are young boys who have now grown wings. Now they look down on the elders of the LGA. What will become of others in other LGA"S when he finally become a Governor? They will be voiceless and will become hungry waiting to be fed by their children. Will he Dakuku never grow old? Has he ever sat and asked himself these questions? Nemesis is awaiting him because the law of gravity still exists.

You better think of what to do with your life and if you are not happy with the level Dakuku is growing, go and bury your head under the sound because a lots of Opobians that goes to Government house come back with notting to see or take note of them at Opobo Kingdom. The best think you can do now is to support him to experience dividend of democracy.

John, in as everyone is entitled to his own opinion, I rather state here that you have a very shallow mindset, your assertions are very biased and baseless. Your claims are false and you are hiding under the shadow of falsehood and pretence, The man Dakuku doesnt need to speak too loud cos his works are already doing that for him.
Bible says, "let your light so shine that men may see your good works and glorify your father who is in Heaven.." this is exactly the point, men have seen his good works and are glorifying God, only jobless and small men like you will want to stay aside and criticize good things. Well done with your mediocrity
