ANNOUNCEMENT TO JOURNALISTS / 3rdAFRICA-SOUTH AMERICA SUMMIT POSPONED

ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia, May 8, 2012/African Press Organization (APO)/ -- On request of the South American side, the Third Africa-South America (ASA) Summit initially scheduled to be take placefrom 13 to 16 May 2012in Malabo, Republic of Equatorial Guinea, has been postponed to a later date to be announced subsequently.

The exact dates and agenda of the ASA Summit will be announced to the mediarepresentatives later.
