Tribunal Declares Jonathan's Election Legitimate… Throws Out Buhari`s Petition

Huhuonline.com can disclose that the five-man panel at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Abuja on Tuesday threw out the petition of Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), which challenged President Goodluck Jonathan's victory in the April 16

 2011 general elections. 
  
The tribunal in its ruling upheld the poll result and abandoned request by the Congress for Progressive Change that the April 16th election results in several parts of the country be recounted.
