Yelling-Higham will lead the British challenge in Portugal
Hayley Yelling-Higham will lead the British challenge when she defends her European Cross Country Championships title in Portugal on 12 December.
The 36-year-old dominated the race in Dublin 12 months ago as the Great Britain and Northern Ireland squad won a total of 12 medals.
Team leader Ian Stewart said: “We've selected a team that includes a mix of youth and experience.
“We're optimistic that we can win even more medals this time around.”
