•Who knows tomorrow? Obviously nobody, except God. So if that should be the case, then Chinedu Ikedieze of the Aki and Pawpaw fame may soon become Nigeria's Mike Tyson. If you folks don't know, Aki's second love is boxing, and that was why he personally travelled to USA to cheer the new heavyweight champion, Samuel Peters, during his recent bout.
And since some actors have been spreading their tentacles to other fields like music, who says Chinedu cannot become a man to beat in the ring soon?

•As you folks are reading this, Femi Philips, son of veteran actress, Iya Rainbow, is still in London learning more on film directing, though his mother celebrated her 65 birthday and 40 years on stage yesterday.
Femi, who was unavoidably absent at the event only called his mother on phone to wish her a happy celebration. Searchlight, however gathered that though Femi's course is supposed to run for a year, he will be back for Christmas and the New Year celebrations.

•The new movie of Teco Benson, Mission To Nowhere, has been making waves abroad following its premiere in Ireland and UK recently. Sources close to the award winning Teco also squealed that he is also planning to promote the chart-burster in other European countries before finally coming home.

•Some busybodies have been squealing to Searchlight that veteran actor, Kayode Odumosu, popularly known as Pa Kasumu, does not have a car! Searchlight was actually tempted to believe this when the actor was spotted on a commercial motorcycle (Okada) at Ilupeju two weeks ago.
The man did not even seem to give a damn as he cheerfully acknowledged greetings from admirers, both left and right, while on the bike.
