Women's Super League: Brighton Ranks Second After Thrashing Aston Villa

Brighton's humiliating defeat to Aston Villa at Broadfield Stadium. They are second on the Women's Super League table.

Brighton deservedly added more points and grew stronger on the table after submitting Aston Villa to a forceful defeat. They won 4-2 to earn three points.

Brighton finished the first half with 2-1 lead. N. Parris opened the goal for Brighton in the 15 minutes as an equalizer to Aston Villa first lead in the 13 minutes - a goal credited to R.Daly. P. Bremer turned up for Brighton by dropping the first half final goal in 38 minutes.

Aston soon got their stance in the second half leading to their equalizer emanating from by R. Daly 55 minutes penalty goal. Brighton took the advantage of Aston Villa's short-one and bang 79 minutes penalty goal. P. Tomás got a red card and was out in 76 minutes.

M. Agyemang scored the final goal in 90+7 minutes. Pattinson, Brighton player was awarded a red in 90+4 minutes.

On the Super League table, Brighton ranks second with six points. They have won two and lost one of their last three games.
