Everton owner Farhad Moshiri said a decision on club manager Frank Lampard's future does not rest on his shoulder.

The Merseyside Blue owner was in attendance as Everton lost 2-0 to West Ham on Saturday at London Stadium, a continuation of the club’s woeful form this season.

The defeat marked an eighth loss in nine games for Everton across all competitions, leaving them 19th in the table, level on points with last-placed Southampton.

Speaking to the media on Lampard’s future, Moshiri said: "I can't comment. It's not my decision."

In reponse, Ben Kenwright, the Everton chairmansaid: "It's been a bad run of results for us all and for Frank. But I would never say that to you, ever. We've got to start winning, haven't we? Bad time."
