Fofana Tells Leicester He Wants To Join Chelsea

Leicester defender Fofana has announced has revealed to the club of his desire to join Chelsea, who are weighing up whether to make the 21-year-old the most expensive defender in the world.

After acquiring Koulibaly and securing the future of Aziplicueta it seems it is not enough. Thomas Tuchel, who saw Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rüdiger leave on free transfers has identified Fofana as a key target.

But the foxes are adamant on releasing their man Leicester as they have rejected two bids from Chelsea, are holding out for more than £80m

Reports suggests that Chelsea will eventually meet Leicester’s asking price.

The Londoners are also looking for a striker Chelsea and are planning to bid for Barcelona’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang this week. Tuchel worked well with Aubameyang at Borussia Dortmund and needs more firepower after allowing Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner to leave.
