Wijnaldum On Roma Radar

Belgian midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum could be on the verge of ending his year-long stay at PSG as he as failed to exhibit his Liverpool form in France.

Jose Mourinho has reportedly been 'given the green light' to sign former Liverpool midfielder.

The Dutchman swapped Liverpool for Paris last summer after his contract at Anfield expired. However, his time at the Parc des Princes hasn't panned out exactly how he envisaged playing just under 2,000 minutes in all competitions.

Lest we forget that Wijnaldum earned an embarrassing award in the form of the 'Ligue 1 Flop Signing of the Year' during the last campaign as Mauricio Pochettino bowed out by regaining their French title.

Reports has it that the former Newcastle midfielder will be allowed to leave on a season-long loan to the Italian outfit but an agreement has yet to be finalised between both clubs
