League Cup:Chelsea Beat Tottenham To Book Final Place

Chelsea completed a double over Tottenham on Wednesday by winning 1-0 courtesy of a goal from Anthony Rudiger.

The Blues won the first leg 2-0 to go into the second leg with a big advantage.

Thomas Tuchel said he is happy with the result.
"We're happy with the result. In the first half we were the better team and we deserved to be up.

"But we lost concentration and lost focus in the last 15 minutes of the first half and again in the second half. We were almost punished for lack of focus.

"We played at 90% and that's not our style - we shouldn't do this. We had to work hard and it was not our best performance - we were better in the first leg."

Meanwhile, Tottenham manager, Anthony Conte has revealed that Chelsea deserve to qualify for the final.

At the end of the two games Chelsea deserved to reach the final in this competition, we have to be honest.

"In the second half we created many chances to score and we deserved a result better than losing 1-0 but if you have a judgement over the two games Chelsea deserved to win."

Chelsea will play the winner between Arsenal and Liverpool in the final on February 27.
