Liverpool Beat Wolves To Go Top 

Liverpool earned a hard-fought 1-0 win over Wolves to go top of the Premier League table.

The Reds took advantage of Chelsea's 3-2 loss to West Ham earlier in the day to continue their impressive form.

The hosts defended doggedly to frustrate Liverpool but Divock Origi came off the bench to hand the visitors the maximum points.

If Manchester City beat Watford, they will be top on 35 points, Liverpool second on 34 and Chelsea next on 33.

The Premier League title race is currently between Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City.
