Manchester City recorded a comfortable 3-0 win over Everton on Sunday at the Etihad Stadium.

Raheem Sterling marked his 300th Premier League appearance with a superb finish from a sublime pass by Joan Cancelo to give the hosts a 1-0 lead at the end of the first half.

Rodri increased Man City's lead with a thunderous effort outside the box just before the hour mark.

Bernardo Silva tapped in the last goal with just four minutes to go.

The visitors were without four of their key players and they could not lay a finger on their superior opponents.

Jordan Pickford was in an inspired form to stop Manchester City from scoring more.

Tottenham earned a hard-fought 2-1 win over Leeds United to continue their resurgence under Antonio Conte.

Leeds United took the lead Daniel James just before halftime.

Holjberg restored parity for Tottenham before Reguilon scored his first goal for the club to hand them the maximum points.

"I am the most happy in the world. It's my first goal in the Premier League and we get three points. Now we continue.

"When we attack, I have to have the mentality of the striker, that's what the manager wants.

"Now, I feel dead, but I am also so happy as well.
"At half-time the gaffer told us to go man for man with extra effort. We gave it everything. This is the way now.

"Our mentality is like a big team. We get the three points.

"The players, we know we needed to give more [in the second half]. We focused on the game and kept going." Reguilon said.
