WBC, IBF and WBO champion, Anthony Joshua believes he will not have any problem in defeating old rival, Dillian Whyte if there's a chance for the two to face off once again.

The duo's first fight came when they were amateurs in 2019 before a nail-biting first professional bout in 2015, which Joshua got the better of his London counterpart, claiming the British title in the seventh round.

Joshua has now revealed he would love to take on his old nemesis should the chance present itself in future. Joshua said in an interview with The Sun "I know he’s been chasing a world title shot. I offered him a world title shot last year in April, he refused it"

"Maybe he wants his hand on the WBC, but if me and Tyson Fury fight, then I know he didn’t want to fight me last year, but he’ll definitely have to fight me this time, if he wants his hands on the WBC belt"

"Once I’ve beaten Tyson Fury, Dillian Whyte can come and get this work as well. It won’t be that good, it will be one-sided.

Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn is willing to make Joshua have a bout with Fury, in order to have in the bag the four heavyweight belts. After which Whyte can then face Joshua.
