FA Cup: Man City Spank Port Vale, Manchester United Held By Wolves

Manchester City defeated Port Vale 4-1 to book a place in the FA Cup fourth round courtesy of goals from Oleksandr Zinchenko, Sergio Aguero, Taylor Harwood-Bellis and Phil Foden.

Tranmere recovered from a 3-0 deficit to play out a 3-3 draw against Watford.

Tom Dele-Bashiru, Nathaniel Chalobah and Roberto Pereyra had given Watford a 3-0 lead in the first half but the League One side produced a stunning fightback to book a second leg clash.

Aston Villa lost 2-1 to Fulham, Brighton were also sent packing after losing 1-0 to Sheffield Wednesday.

Newcastle played out a 1-1 draw with Rochdale, Miguel Almiron opened the scoring for the Magpies, before 40-year-old Aaron Wilbraham levelled with a close-range finish.

Manchester United and Wolves played out a goalless draw at the Molineux.

Burnley defeated Peterborough 4-2, while Southampton eased to a 2-0 victory over Huddersfield.

Leicester City booked a fourth round place with a 2-0 victory over Wigan.

Bournemouth spanked Luton Town 4-0 to relieve the pressure on Eddie Howe.

Chelsea will be in action on Sunday against Nottingham Forest, while Tottenham visit Middlesbrough.
