Reacting to the ugly incident yesterday , Senator Mark renewed his appeal on the dreaded Boko Haram sect to listen to the voice of reason and drop their weapons of mass destruction for peace and unity.

He lamented that the despicable acts of the terrorists pointing out that “our country is being stigmatized as Boko Haram which will cause colossal economic retrogression as nothing thrives well in a war zone.”

While consoling with the Government  and the people of Borno state , he prayed that God in His infinite mercy will expose the perpetrators of this heinous crime.

Senator Mark implored security operatives not to be deterred  by the challenges but to be strengthened  more in the battle to defend their fatherland.
