According to Idonor who is also the National Coordinator of the Dickens Sanomi Foundation, “Deltans also need a diligent person who believes in the dignity of labour and who has excelled in his chosen career and is willing to bring Delta and Deltans back again to the old values of hard work, honesty, respect and hospitality which our people were known for”.

“Our people requires a civilised personality whose contacts and experience cut across all sections and sectors of the society; a less controversial person who has not been negatively exposed to political power and authority within and without the state; and a fine and humble gentleman who is meek but firm in decision making and implementation”, he said.
