HUMAN RIGHTS REPORT: AFRICAN LEADERS AS LEGITIMATE FREEDOM FIGHTERS

The Question is: who among African leaders today are in your view Africa's legitimate freedom fighters and why?

To give a straight answer to this significant question of the century is to be praising the fiend. I do not want wish to sound vulgar and at the same time, I would not like to be praise – sing for touts in corridors of power. To be a tout does not necessarily mean that you are not educated. Education itself is quite relative. You may be a school certificate holder, but quite more a visionary and motivational than a so-called graduate. That you read Political Science is not a sine-qua-non for better political delivering. The scenario is replete with self judgement. It is the tout that has no self judgement, that is selfishly motivated, that is, embezzlement - prone. It is the tout that lives his rarely a one hundred years on earth in complete castration of the lower rompers, not caring a hoot. It is a tout that is hijack – conscious. It is a tout that does not allow for peaceful succession in power. It is a tout that surrounds himself with praise-singers armed to the teeth to crush opposition. It is a tout that castrates opposition and sees himself as a demigod. It is a tout that rapes the treasury of the state, puts the loot in foreign account for the development of foreign countries to the detriment of local economies. It is a tout that does not grow opposition positively. It is a tout that moves to frustrate all opposition whether constructive or cynic.

It is a tout that galvanizes all forces to entrench himself in power and thinks he lives forever. It is a tout that rigs election by all means: hook or crook. It is a tout that does not care a blooper when his subjects are suffering courtesy of his misrule.

Now, where do you place African leaders vis-a-viz the issue of being touts in government house? The resources to develop Africa are in Africa, but Africa is poor. Why? There are very many graduates in every country in Africa waiting to be galvanized by leadership, yet, they remain poor due to dearth of technicality in leadership. Rather than think to move forward by articulation of the forces that favour forwardness, African leaders see themselves as demigods, coagulate the money, dump the money in foreign banks which foreigners use to develop their nations. Which president or country leader in Africa has implemented any blue – print to end poverty among the populace?

A freedom fighter is so called because he fights against many forces that militate against the development of his people while disciplining himself, telling himself the truth that he would not be an agent of sit-tightism or squarermania. Which leader in African does not embezzle public fund for the upkeep of his immediate family at the expense of the gutter spine public?

The rate of poverty is superveningly whooping in Africa in comparatively more than in other continents. Is it because of poor resources? Is it due to financial lack? If it is financial lack, then the analysis is clearly faulty. African leaders are billionaires by dollar, not because, they are too intelligent, not because they are manufacturers, not because they are more articulating than others.

It is simply because they squeeze all resources into their private pockets, giving their amen-members much to surround them, selling lies to the populace, giving them stipends to dance attendance on them. They give than what to eat to be alive to come again, not what to use to be rich.

Which leader then, in Africa is to be giving accolades because he has alleviated poverty to the extent that he has developed his people? I do not want to answer this question because it is rhetorical.

In North Africa, Arabic revolution started in Tunisia. The hoipolloi were castrated to the point of elasticity, they reacted. The leader was outstayed, but poverty continues in Tunisia. The new leader is still continuing the castration of the people. In Morocco, monarchy has castrated opposition, giving stipends to the poor who are blind-folded by religion. Whereas the Monarch uses faith in Islam to deceive the poor, he gets away because the people are ignorant and made to be so by leadership.

In Egypt, Mubarak was shoven away. The new leader claims to be new and has virtually no blue print to effect change. He is fighting against muslim brotherhood who are deceived by islamic fundamentalism rather than demand for positive changes that liberate the mind. In Sudan, al-Bashir is not only a sit-tighter and Arabiscizer, but a butcher of humans in the name of islamic republic. So, he tries to maintain islamic republic of Sudan at the expense of alleviating poverty.

In Algeria, the story of sit-tightism is railing the air. All action is geared towards maintaining faith in islam rather than leap-frogging the people from penury.

South Sudan is the newest Nation on earth. But as Africans would say, he needs more time. Which time I ask? Somebody who wants to change the situation positively with Landmark blue prints does not ask for years, but months. South Sudanese are abjectly poor. Can Salva Kiir do it? The contour has not depicted him as a positive charger.

In East Africa, the story is the same. Ugadan President is a butcher of men and materials. I do not want to comment on him. Ugandans, especially the Northern path are among the poorest in the world. Sine 1986, Yoweri Museveni has been castrating change. What do you want me to analyze?

In Tanzania, the Walimu, the teacher died creating landmarks for change. But he was a sit-tighter, and so, “a positive despot” you may say. Tanzanians are still wallowing in poverty despite Kikwete's rhetorics. He has no Blue Print to transform Tanzania.

Kenya was ruled by a despot in Jomo Keyatta who died in 1978, Arap Moi took over for longitivity. Nwai Kibaki took over. People of Mombasa in Indian Ocean Port are fighting against islamic fundamentalism. Kibaki has no Blue Print to change the people. Kenyans are still very poor despite billions of dollars from tourism every month? Why? Is it not leaderships Problem?

In Southern Africa, the problem is the same. Zimbabwe is something else in corruption and sit-tightism. Confiscation of arable land from white aristocrats has created Mugabeic aristocracy as substitute. The man has ruled since 1980 and he is more than 90 years and still want to rule more. The people are constantly in penury, dying by piecemeal.

In Botswana, the diamond and gold that yield billions of dollars every month are mismanaged. People may claim sound economy due to high Gross Domestic Product – GDP, but the people ordinarily are very poor, while Karma is globe-trothing making names externally while the people are abjectly poor.

Swaziland is ruined by Miswati III as Monarch. He has ruled as a youth since early nineties. He has nothing to offer to Swazis rather than poverty.

Zuman gathers many wives each six month passing. He is euphoric and lives in eldorado, while South Africans are heading Africa's crime rate in Sub-Saharan Africa. Angola's Dos Santos has wasted lives and opposition since 1975 independence Portugal. The Oil rich State and Diamond – docked land that is clearly one of the richest in Africa and the world by natural endowment is wallowing in poverty. This dictator has castrated Angolans. Nothing more to say. In Nambia, the story of rape of Diamond and copper fund is the same. Windhoek cannot change the people. Namibians are excruciatingly poor due to leadership castration. The new leader of Malawi, Joyce Banda seems to have something to offer. But the Woman President has supervening poverty zenithing to the neplusultra to contend with, courtesy of Kamuzu Banda.

In Central African Republic, the castrator of men and materials has killed people since 1979, he assumed power. CAR is one of the poorest in the globe. Cameron's Paul Biya took over from Ahmadu Ahidjo in 1981. Between 1958 to 1981, Ahidjo castrated Cameroon. Paul Biga has been dungeoning Cameroonians since 1981 with superlative manounovre. Joseph Kabila of Congo took over the mantle from his father who ruled ephemerally. Since 2003, this Army General has militarily and “Generally” castrated opposition.

The Diamond, Gold and Copper – rich Nation has been War – torn since 1967. The North Kivu Province has been belligerent. This castrator of men has been calling the shot, not leaving power.

Paul Kagame of Rwanda has lorded it over majority Hutus for being genociders. Good as the superimposed democracy has aided the minority Tutsis, Kagama has not removed poverty from the masses. Kagame is sponsoring the bloody revolution in Northern Kivu Province of Congo Democratic Republic.

In West Africa, the story is the same. Wade of Senegal wasted the Nation with no meaningful impact. Marki Sur claims to be a change agent. He has not done anything yet. He is still from the group of castrators despite his claim of changing Senegal. Gambian Yahye Jammeh is a depot and butcher of men and a sit-tighter. He is an islamic despot and deceiver. In Ivory Coast, the Quattara is not doing anything to change lives despite his claim of studying Economics. France helped him into power by ripping election for him to enthrone a “Northerner” into power. He is debuted to be “a foreigner”. The issue is not his origin, but that he cannot change poverty in Ivory Coast because, he is part and parcel of the problem of Gbabo.

The Woman President of Liberia has not liberated poverty despite her claim of being a financial guru. America helped her into power, but she has no personal blue print to change Liberia since war ravaged the Country. I do not want to talk of big-for-nothing Nigeria, because it is something else. Goodluck Jonathan has nothing to offer. Poverty in Nigeria is one of the highest in the world. Cape Verde is oil-rich, but small. However, poverty is touching the zenith.

Togo's Leader is an “Oh – yes” man. His father devasted Togo, and since 2005, this man has nothing to offer. Benin Republic's Boni Yaye is a scanvenger.

Mauritania's leader is a military dictator and castrator of his people. Mali is war-torn with the leader confused. Niger Republic is poverty – personified.

Ladies and gentlemen I want to end this episode by submitting that it is a trash of convolution to give children's bread to the dogs.

Africa has not yet got a leader. The one that really tried is John Evans Attah Mills, of Ghana, but he is late.

Infact, he really revolutionized electric power in Ghana. Presently Dramani is calling the shot. Like in Ethiopia, Dramani is new. Ethiopia's Haillemariam Disalgne is yet to find his feet over dictator's Melez Zenawi's death.

So, for now, no leader of Africa is worthy of being a freedom fighter that covers his people. We wait to see tomorrow with prayer, however.
