Huhuonline.com conducted an exit poll of Edo state gubernatorial election, by taking a survey of small percentage of voters after they leave their voting centers. Result from our survey conducted at the wards in the eighteen local government areas in the state

gives indication of how all voters or segments of voters side on a particular candidate.

Thus far, the landslide victory expected by the major position party, People Democratic Party(PDP), is becoming a mirage, as the voters seem to side with the imcumbent governor, Adams Oshiomole. 

There are seven aspirants competing for the gubernatorial seat, however as at press time, the two major contenders are Maj-Gen Charles Airhiavbere (rtd)   (PDP) and   the incumbent,Adams Oshimole(ACN).

Huhuonline.com exit polls result shows that Gov.  Adams Oshimole (ACN) is leading and could emerge winner   of the 2012 gubernatorial election in Edo state.
