UNILAG VC Dies

LAGOS, May 12, (THEWILL) - The Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Professor Babatunde Sofoluwe has died, one senior University official told THEWILL on Saturday morning.

THEWILL gathered that the VC slumped during a meeting with the school's management inside the senate building on Friday and was confirmed dead at the University's teaching hospital.

There has been no statement from the school as at press time.
