ALL THESE PETITIONS WERE WRITTEN SINCE 2011 AND THE POLICE, SSS AND THE DELTA STATE GOVERNMENT HAVE ALLOWED THIS BRAZEN LAWLESSNESS AND HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS TO CONTINUE WITHOUT CALLING THE TRADITIONAL RULER TO ORDER. NOW THE AFFECTED PEOPLE ARE ON EXILE; THEIR HOUSES BURNT AND THEIR PROPERTY DESTROYED
