Huhuonline.com can report that the three-month-old baby, her mother and three siblings, who were recently abducted in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State have been released.

Sources confirmed to Huhuonline.com that the kidnappers had on Tuesday, abandoned the infant, her mother and aunt in a bush near Agbarho, in Ughell North Local Government Area of the state after the abductors had collected the ransom.

Recounting their ordeal in the hands of the kidnappers, the victims said they stayed without food and remained blindfolded until their release.

According to a family source, 'they were captured by unknown gunmen in Jakpa Road on Saturday afternoon, in a Honda CRV Sport Utility Vehicle. Three other abducted children (aged two, four and 14 years) had earlier been released on Saturday afternoon.'

Confirming the development, Delta state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Mr. Charles Muka, disclosed that the police had located the kidnappers' hideout and were planning to storm the place before the victims were released
